My experience buying a property with Heywoods Estate Agents couldn’t have been smoother. Darren and Angela were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and supportive from start to finish, which made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Heywoods to anyone looking for a friendly and professional estate agency.

Angela and Darren efficiently managed the sale of a flat, arranging multiple viewings (often by the same potential buyer). Their local knowledge was indispensable in sorting out the energy certificate and a house clearance firm, as well as dealing with the freeholder. They didn't pressure me into accepting lower offers and their commission was competitive.

Had a very positive experience with Angela and Darren - they provided excellent advice throughout, and guided me through the process with exemplary professionalism and patience at a challenging time for the market, reaching a positive outcome within a more than satisfactory timeframe.

We couldn’t have asked for better support for buying our first home. Darren was incredibly helpful and proactive throughout. The process was so much smoother and faster as a result of his work to connect the dots and timelines between the seller, the solicitor and us.
